Assistant Company Secretary
Participate in Secretariat projects as required by the company, ensuring a relentless focus on simplicity, agility and strong risk management.
Contribute to the establishment of internal Company Secretariat procedures, guidelines and templates and the continued development.

Business Development Assistant
To assist in Identifying new business opportunities by qualifying prospects, analyzing marketing options in a bid to close in clients effectively
To Obtain and respond to Terms of Reference and draw up winning proposals to ensure the firm wins maximum consultancy assignments
To assist the Business development seniors in ensuring that they meet the team’s targets in respect to proposals per week and making relevant follow ups on quotations and proposals sent
Provide relevant support to ensure that the department makes the required on the various social media networks i.e. Facebook page, Linked In, Google Apps, Twitter and ensure the company profile and website is always up to date.
To Ensure company marketing materials like profiles, firm flyers, client reference list, and CVs of relevant personnel have all the correct information
Assist in the planning and coordinating training seminars and client breakfasts with the various clients by preparing requisite adverts, invitations and following up on the same.
To undertake any other related tasks as may be required by the Management from time to time.
Should possess a degree/diploma minimum qualification in Supply chain management,procurement or an equivalent from a reputable institution in the country.

Graphics Designer Intern
Create and design artwork designs for promotional flyers, Powerpoints, and other company’s collateral as needed.
Create visual versions of brands, messages and communications as instructed by the Team Leader and Partners.
Design online adverts and messages for the Company.
Provide creative graphic design solutions to meet the needs of various departments.
Contribute to the marketing departmet to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Determining the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, font style and size.
Design and create social media content to be posted on the firm’s respective social media sites.
Perform miscellaneous roles as may be required of him/her from time to time.
Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communication, Digital Marketing or an equivalent from a reputable institution of learning;
