The Marketing Analytics Lead is responsible for designing and tracking key metrics to optimize our digital marketing engagement across our various distribution channels. You will work closely with the CRM Specialist and Head of Sales & Marketing to set up our digital marketing architecture, and identify relevant metrics to be tracked along the sales & marketing process. You will be responsible for measuring ROI of different marketing channels and campaigns, as well as reporting on KPIs throughout the sales & marketing process. You will also lead our lead generation and qualification process, by identifying leading indicators of engagement and constantly testing & improving lead scoring mechanisms. You may have the opportunity to build a team of 2-3 analysts to support your work.

In this role, you will gain significant experience leading a team in designing, implementing, and tracking marketing analytics at a fast-growing organization.


  • Analyze and optimize sales funnels
  • Provide analytical support to set up of digital marketing channels, CRM systems,
  • Measure ROI of online marketing channels and campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations
  • Research and implement tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
  • Manage a team of 2-3 analysts
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support data-driven decision making


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Management or a related field a plus.
  • 2+ years prior  work experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM systems
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • A thorough understanding of online marketing technologies and strategies, with a balance of hands-on execution.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Scrappy and resourceful approach to problem-solving
