Aqueous is currently looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for building the business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
Sell the company products/services by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects
Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Line Manager.
Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections
Keeping clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Have prior experience in sales and marketing.
Understand the sales process and dynamics.
Be competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Be fixated on achieving goals and continuously measure your performance in comparison to your targets.
Have the ability to establish rapport with existing and new clients and consistent creation of an atmosphere of trust in all your sales relationships.
Possess the self-discipline and conscientiousness to service customers and develop the business from that customer on successive sales calls
Possess an appropriate sense of urgency, as exemplified in the need to see the sale progress and to bring situations to a resolution
Have personal initiative and ability to focus on opportunities and solutions
Enjoy competitiveness and constantly look for ways to measure yourself against your peers
Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
